Getting started:

Getting started is easy with SchoolNote. Firstly, we will set up a dedicated, secure web area for your school. If you like this can be styled to be consistent with your school's existing livery. We will then take care of a transfer of the relevant data on classes and pupils from your existing repositary, eg SIMS. Of course this data changes from time to time, and we provide a simple tool to update as you need.

How SchoolNote works:

That's it - you're ready. In terms of day to day use, there are essentially three different kinds of interaction with SchoolNote:

For Schools:

• A set of teacher web login's, where their classes' homework assignments are set, broadcast and maintained.
• Through their login, teachers can make use of utilities such as have dialogue with an individual parent, or message a whole class at once
• School administrators can choose to send electronic messages to the whole school parent base, or by part

For Parents:

• Keep up to date with your childrens' homework assigments by web, email and/or mobile phone
• Manage your own contact details and control exactly how you want the school to interact with you
• Download "Tex2" a free mobile phone application that allows you to keep in touch with the school and other parents - wherever you are... for a fraction of the cost of a normal text message.
